Common questions
Do you deliver to my house?
No — we're a small village shop and everything is collected at the counter. But you can call or WhatsApp us before you come, and we'll keep your medicines packed and ready so you're not waiting.
What if the medicine is not in stock?
Tell us and we'll arrange it from our Sivaganga distributor, usually by the next day. We'll phone you as soon as it reaches the shop.
Do I need a prescription?
For common items — fever tablets, balms, bandages, tonics, baby products — no prescription is needed. Antibiotics and other Schedule H medicines can only be given against a valid doctor's prescription.
Is there a cheaper option for my regular medicine?
Often, yes. Many medicines have a generic version with the same salt at a much lower price. Show us your strip and we'll tell you honestly whether a cheaper equivalent is available.
Is the BP check really free?
Yes. Walk in during shop hours and we'll check your blood pressure at no cost, whether or not you buy anything.
How can I pay?
Cash, GPay, PhonePe or any UPI app. Ask at the counter if you need a printed bill.
